Immigrant Women's Integration Program (IWIP) trains immigrant women from diverse backgrounds to become community leaders and developers.

IWIP is a big opener to Canadian life, helping decrease isolation of immigrant women and giving us an opportunity to discover transferable skills, learn about ourselves and use our skills to empower others. This train-the-trainer program increases our confidence and teaches us life-skills such as: how to create balance in our lives while addressing the needs of the community.
